I need 1 or more people to come over late afternoons next week (any of tomorrow through Friday) and help me put the house in order. Tidy / toss / clean. $20/hour.

How about $20/hour plus transit (airfare/train/bus/gas) plus you could stay over the following week to house-sit and vacation in the city.
