I don't know if the bottom triangles are filled in with half-triangles or not. Am leaning towards yes. I think the upper edge is folded & stitched into an elastic casing through the middle of the upper row of diamonds, so that the points hang down over the hips. Bells on the tips? Tiny balls? 14 bandannas total.
Colors!??! Source of bandannas? So many choices, my head spins.
