I just ordered my groceries by phone. Whee!! That was easy. I'll have to do that again.

From the 103 Grocery Fruit & Vegetable. 212 865 4100.

Now to call for cat food and litter. Pet Market. 212 864 3300.

Done!!

Why did I not start doing this a year ago? No muss, no fuss, no lugging. No getting dressed. :-). (I'm dressed for inside, which is much warmer than outside. New York apartment steam heating being what it is. Delicate flower of the South that I am, I seem to be regressing into a "oh but baby it's cold outside!" mentality.)

Oh! I forgot the bread. *calls back* Aw! She is such a doll. The boy has already left, and I said that's okay I'll get it tomorrow, and she said, no, no, I'll send another boy. Awesome.

Dear lord, and now they've both arrived. Groceries! Yay!!

Those bastards!

So I was at the store itself a few months back (and will be again this coming Saturday, wooHOOO!!), and I asked the guy about looms. He made a very helpful recommendation, which I noted for my next visit.

Today, I get a Webs mini-catalog in the mail. New format, haven't seen it before. Set it aside to drool over the yummy knitting yarns when I have a moment to myself. Pick it up this evening, flipping from the back to the front, hyperventilating as each page gets more and more intriguing -- with weaving tools and yarns. WEAVING TOOLS AND YARNS!!! You BASTARDS!! You sent me the Spring 2008 Weaving Sourcebook. AIGH!!! I HAVE NO RESTRAINT!!!!! Want want WANT!!! ALL OF IT!!! RIGHT NOW!!!!!
